These sessions aren't skill-specific training, but an open gym with trainers who provide feedback on shooting form and create drills for repetition and discipline.

Level 1 + 2 Skills:

January 13th: Offensive Positioning

  • This session will focus on aspects of our positioning when exiting, entering, and during the process of our offense, such as triple threat, screens, DHO, Fill & Replace to name a few! Athletes will go through a condensed version of offense to understand each step and dribble for efficiency and effectiveness.

January 20th: Accessing Your 'Bag'

  • Everyone loves a highlight video of a Euro Step or Step-back Shot, but how do you access that in-game, and when? In this series we will be refining, detailing, and adding to our 'bags'!

January 27th: Free Throw Showcase

  • Stat stuffer session! In this training, athletes will learn the importance of the art of the charity stripe and why every basketball court on earth has one. It's 'free,' so let's get comfortable utilizing it!

February 3rd: Off-Hand Workshop

  • These sessions will focus on schemes and concepts as it relates to individual and team offense and defense. During these sessions, athletes will learn the basics as well as advanced schemes of team offense and defense within a “game-like” setting.

February 17th: Polymeric Ball Handling
