Chris is a certified personal trainer (CPT) who focuses on functional and metabolic training to maximize calorie burn during and after your workout. Her purpose is to create an enlightening, empowering and motivating environment to help create the best you possible. In that process, she will help you build strength and confidence from the inside out!
Chris offers one-on-one personal training sessions and also teaches BodyBurn, a bootcamp-style fitness class.
