BLAZE FITNESS CLASSES
Blaze Fitness offers a 6-day-a-week fitness program to help you achieve your health and fitness goals! There are four days of strength training (one for upper body, one for lower body, and two for full body) and two days of cardio and core with BodyBurn Shred.

SCHEDULE

Monday - Thursday: 5 - 6am, 6 - 7am, 8:30 - 9:30am, 12 - 1pm, and 5:15 - 6:15pm

Friday: 5 - 6am, 6 - 7am, 8:30 - 9:30am, 12 - 1pm

Saturday: 6:30 -7:30am and 7:30 - 8:30am
The class workouts will be approximately 1 hour in length. Please arrive 7 minutes prior to class start time for a demonstration!
Pricing
$18/class; $165 for a 10-pack of classes or $90/month Ultimate Adult Fitness Membership (fitness classes & open fitness) - No long-term commitment; contract renews month to month and you can cancel anytime with 30 day notice
Student (College & High School) Fitness Membership for $50/month
