A small group running workshop at Blaze!

Saturday, November 20 at 9:30 am and 10:30 am 

This one hour workshop is a must for every level of runner and athlete! Whether you are an avid long distance runner, an athlete that includes running in your sport or someone that is a new runner that wants to learn how to run properly. Improving your running technique can help reduce injuries and increase your speed.

Using the Pose technique, Coach Cassie will go through the basics of posture, arm swing, foot strike and stride. We will also be discussing how the strength training program at Blaze Fitness can help improve your running success.

Open to ages 14 and up
Cost: $55 per person

Cassie is a certified exercise physiologist. She does personal and group training, stretch and mobility sessions, and running workshops Blaze. Cassie is a certified Pose running instructor. She is a 10-time Ironman triathlon finisher along with almost 100 marathon and ultra marathon finishes. We are excited to have Cassie running our workshop!
