Basketball Skills Training Sessions
Improve your game with our very talented Basketball Training Specialists. These coaches will drive you to the next level with their creative and intense small group skills sessions and camps. Whether you are a novice or advanced athlete, they will prepare you to make a statement both on and off the court.
Our trainers take athletes from establishing a sound fundamental base of ball handling, passing, shooting, and team work, to more advanced combination moves and team breakdown concepts.
All our trainers have experience training and coaching youth through collegiate level athletes and know how to build your athlete from the ground up!

September 9th-October 31st
Mondays & Wednesdays - 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm (Level I/beginner)*
Mondays & Wednesdays - 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm (Level II/intermediate)**
Mondays & Wednesdays - 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm (Level III/advanced)***
Tuesdays - 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm - Post Skills Training (ages 14 & up)
*Level I: Beginner (elementary school) - This basic basketball skills training session will allow any player to develop general techniques, like ball handling, shooting, passing, rebounding, and the fundamentals of defense. We will specifically focus on building individual skills through drills that work on dribbling with the off-hand, shooting technique, defensive closeouts and boxouts, and moving off the ball through various screens and cuts. The beginner sessions are designed using fundamental drills to improve confidence and understanding of the game.
**Level II: Intermediate (middle school) - This intermediate basketball skills training session will challenge players to expand their basic basketball skill set developed in Level 1. This is the ideal training for an athlete who has the basics of basketball down (beginner), but lacks the strength and speed of a high-level game (advanced). While taking what we have learned in at Level 1, Level 2 will focus on refining shooting technique, becoming quicker defenders, and being dominant with both hands when dribbling and shooting. The goal of the intermediate level is to prepare for the advanced level, which includes high speed, game-IQ orientated drills.
***Level III: Advanced (high school) - This advanced basketball skills training session will challenge athletes to take their game to the next level. We will simulate in-game situations with pressured offense and defense to build a sense of composure come game time. Building off of our all-around skill set developed in Levels 1 and 2, players will be challenged to implement new moves into their game with applied defense. Players will be taught how to “shutdown” an offensive player, take the defense 1 v 1, and expand their positional role. The advanced sessions are designed to take a player’s game to the next level both individually and within a team.
Cost: $18/session OR $165/10 sessions
