What is the Summer Shred Fitness Challenge?

8 Weeks: March 10th - May 2nd

Are you ready to crush your fitness goals? The Summer Shred Fitness Challenge holds you accountable and gives you the support you need!

You'll get access to a private Facebook support group that provides you with materials like how-to videos for navigating grocery and convenience stores, healthy recipes and food product recommendations, advice, education, and support from our Blaze tribe, MyFitnessPal tutorials, and more!

You'll also get personalized calorie/macro breakdowns each week along with weekly weigh-ins to track your progress and provide us with the most up-to-date information to support you. Compete in weekly mini-challenges along the way to rack up points and win prizes!

OPTION 1

Private Facebook Group Access

$125

You will receive daily Facebook posts, custom macro breakdowns, weekly check-ins, healthy recipes, support and accountability. Once it starts, you will receive an invitation to join the closed Facebook group.

$135 after 2/28

OPTION 2

Facebook Access + Unlimited Blaze Fitness Classes

$315

You will receive everything in option 1, plus unlimited Blaze Fitness classes for 2 months (a $180 value) and open access to our fitness facility for the duration of the challenge.

What You Can Expect...

  • Now through March 10th: Register for the challenge & keep getting your calories in.

    • Make sure to fill out the t-shirt form if you registered by February 28th (linked here and in your confirmation email)

  • Between March 3rd-10th, you'll receive an email with a pre-challenge form to fill out so we can get the most up-to-date information when calculating your goals and breakdowns.

  • Between March 3rd - March 9th, you'll receive your macro/calorie breakdown.

  • By March 6th, the Challenge Facebook Group will be live for you to start prepping and planning for success!

  • March 10th - May 2nd: It's time to shred!

 

IMPORTANT: Add “Chris Ulman Weister” as a Facebook friend, so you can be added to the private challenge Facebook. This will give you access to the rules, recipes and info to be prepared for when the challenge starts on March 10th!
