Sport-Specific Fitness Training Program

Partnering with the Community

Blaze Sports & Fitness is partnering with various organizations to provide sport specific training for programs such as:

  • The Fox Valley Wave "dry land" training for swim athletes
  • Fox Valley High Schools for hard court and field sports including but not limited to: basketball, volleyball, softball, baseball and wrestling athletes

This opportunity will provide you with access to a professional level sport-specific functional fitness program that includes strength/conditioning and speed and agility work to complement YOUR sport options this year.

Participating in this program will elevate your strength and keep you at the top of your world during your pre-season, in-season, and post-season schedules!

Areas of Focus for the Sport-Specific Fitness Training Program:
- ankle flexibility

- shoulder strength and mobility

- explosive leg movements

- opening up the hips

- core work

Spring Training Sessions

Our 8-week spring Fitness for Athletes training program starts April 13, 2021!

8 week session - 2 classes per week

Tuesday & Thursday

Time: 4 pm - 5 pm

Capacity: 15

Cost: $320 (if you sign up for all 8 weeks); $22.50 per class if purchased individually

**Sessions open to athletes of all sports.**

Experience the benefits of the Blaze full-body strength training program:

- Two days per week

- Our experienced and motivating Fitness Instructors, Karen Basler and Chris Weister, will lead the trainings

- We provide elite training, a positive and encouraging environment, lockers and showers, and work areas to check into your virtual school environment (if that flexibility is needed)
